hi. welcome to The 365 Wellness Project. as i started the year 2019 and worked to plan my 'new years resolutions' i came across a notebook with a list of the same goals from the start of 2018..... and then another one from 2017. i was frustrated starting out the year that way, but still hopeful to be able to accomplish those goals. over the past few months i have spent a lot of time reflecting on my life and reflecting on the direction that i want to be working towards. i started by making a list of the areas that i want to grow in - spiritual, physical, financial, mental, emotional, social and vocational. once i evaluated those areas i i wrote out the goals that i had in each of those areas, trying to focus on my top three in each area. i started this blog (as well as an instagram account) to help keep myself accountable as i go through this year of intention, and to hopefully encourage others. thanks for joining me in this journey! xoxo
